In the past, Begum did a lot of competitive swimming at a professional level, but unfortunately those days are behind her. However, she can still be found in the pool regularly. Often in the early hours before work.
After her HR studies, she worked for various organizations in the administration and HR departments. She noticed that the HR part attracted her much more and went looking for a more varied position.
Now she is a welcome addition as a Back Office Assistant at Eming. “My role is very diverse. I carry out all kinds of administrative tasks. You can think of, booking hours and payroll, HR issues, fleet management and invoicing. I especially like the space I get to keep developing myself. I always want to keep developing myself.”
What she likes best about her job is diversity of work. After a good cup of coffee, she starts by checking if all the workinghours are booked correctly for the employees. “After all, that’s the most important thing.”
She can also describe the atmosphere internally as very good. “Based on the colleagues, I made my choice to join Eming. From the start, it clicked very well. Everyone is helpful, friendly and there is also time for a joke.”
