3. The phone job interview
The next is one of our recruiters calling you for a short conversation. That way both sides can understand each other a little better. We ask you about your experience, needs and expectations. That call is also your chance to ask questions and get a better look at how our agency works. Our goal is to understand who you are and what you need, outside of what’s on your CV.

4. Presenting your profile to clients
If your experience and preferences match what our clients are looking for, Eming introduces your profile to the company. We highlight your strengths, your skills and why you would be a great fit. We are updating you as the process goes on regardless of the outcome.

5. Discussing company and candidate needs
A good match works both ways. That’s why we talk with both sides to make sure expectations align. We find a perfect balance between your and our clients’ needs. This can mean agreeing on a specific salary, worktime, location… and many other things that matter to both of you! This step makes sure the job truly suits you.

6. Sometimes: a meeting with the client
In many cases, the client already trusts our selection and moves forward immediately. But sometimes, they want to meet you first. Regarding if the meeting takes place online or in person- this helps both sides get a feel for each other before making a final decision.

7. Agreeing on details & securing the job
Once everyone is enthusiastic, we finalize the details between you and our agency. We agree about signing contract, starting date, housing and transport arrangements. When everything is clear and agreed- congratulations, you’re hired!
