After her HR training, she worked at various organizations in the administration and HR departments. She noticed that the HR part appealed to her much more and she started looking for a more varied position.

Now is a welcome addition as a Back Office employee at Eming. “My role is very diverse. I perform all kinds of administrative tasks. This includes booking hours and remuneration, HR issues, fleet management and invoicing. I especially like the space I am given to continue to develop myself. I can’t sit still and always want to continue developing myself.”

What she likes most about her work is the diversity of activities. After a good cup of coffee, she starts by checking whether all the employees’ hours have been booked correctly. “That’s the most important thing.”

She can also describe the internal atmosphere as very good. “I made my choice to work at Eming based on my colleagues. From the start we clicked very well. Everyone is helpful, friendly and there is also time for a joke.”
