My name is Beata, I’m 34 years old, and I’ve been working as a recruiter at Eming for almost four years now. In my role, I’m energized by connecting people with suitable jobs and guiding candidates through every step of the process. Personal contact, clarity, and trust are central to me.
I live near Apeldoorn, a place I deeply appreciate for its tranquility and beautiful nature. I’ve lived in the Netherlands for almost fifteen years now, and I can proudly say that I truly feel at home here. Naturally starting this experience in a new country helps me understand and support candidates even better—especially when they’re taking the same step. With my commitment, international background, and passion for people, I ensure that everyone feels welcome and heard.
What do you do at Eming and what do you enjoy most about your work?
As a recruiter at Eming, I spend my days finding the perfect match between talent and employers. I love really getting to know people—what drives them, what gives them energy, and which role suits them best. The best part of my job? That moment when someone says, “Yes, this is exactly what I was looking for!” That’s what I do it for. No two days are the same, and that’s precisely what makes my work so enjoyable.
What characterizes me as a colleague?
Colleagues describe me as engaged, positive, and always up for a good dose of fun. I work in a structured way, enjoy thinking things through together, and get energy from collaboration. I’m someone who takes action, but also makes sure the atmosphere stays positive. You can rely on me—and laugh with me too.
What do I enjoy doing in my free time?
In my free time, I most enjoy getting on my bike. Riding through nature, clearing my head, and enjoying the outdoors—that’s what gives me energy. Afterwards, I’m ready to dive back in with full enthusiasm.
