What do you do at Eming and what do you enjoy most about your work?
As Operations Director at Eming Group, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of our internal organization. I provide structure, clarity, and clear frameworks so that our teams can collaborate effectively and know what they are working toward. What I enjoy most about my work is combining strategy and operations: making plans is great, but bringing them to life together with the team and seeing them grow is what gives me the most energy. That’s where I’ve truly found my place at Eming—where personal connection is deeply embedded in the company’s core values.

What characterizes you as a colleague?
I’m someone who brings calm and overview, even when things get busy or complex. I strongly believe in ownership: clear agreements and expectations, combined with a lot of trust to do things in your own way. I’m also engaged, enjoy thinking things through together, and value open and honest communication—better clear than vague.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like to strike a balance between being active and relaxing. Sports help me stay sharp and clear my head. I also love traveling: short city trips to explore new places like Berlin, Valencia, or Madrid, as well as longer journeys to really get to know different cultures and customs. I’ve traveled, among other places, to New Zealand and Southern Africa. I always bring those experiences back with me as inspiration, both in my personal life and in my work.
