What do you do at Eming and what do you enjoy most about your job?
I work as a Technical Account Manager at Eming. In my role, I ensure that our clients receive the right technical professionals for their projects. The best part of my job is the customer contact and finding the most suitable technician for each project. I get a lot of satisfaction out of making a good match and ensuring both the client and the technician are satisfied.

What characterizes you as a colleague?
I’m often described as experienced, cheerful, and present—and I can certainly identify with that. I’m someone who brings energy, is always up for a chat, and approaches work with a positive attitude. I enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and I always try to be approachable and accessible to colleagues and clients.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy a lot of things in my free time. I coach my son’s soccer team, which I really enjoy. On weekends, I like to go to PEC Zwolle to watch the matches. In addition, I have recently been trying to improve my skills in both padel and darts — with varying degrees of success, but with great enthusiasm.
