Do you enjoy connecting with others? Do you have strong communication skills and are you persuasive, with a keen listening ear? As a recruiter, you build your own talent pool, which is then linked to suitable assignments. Experience is not required; We are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

Your Tasks:

Conducting conversations;
Screening CVs;
Drawing up vacancy texts;
Maintaining administration.

Wat wij bieden

An appropriate salary depending on your work experience;
24 vacation days and 6.5 employer days at 40 hours;
Pension 100% employer;

Wat wij vragen

MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
Proficiency in Dutch, English, and preferably an additional language such as Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech or Slovak;
Living in the Apeldoorn region;
Available at least 32 hours per week.
