Recruiter

Do you enjoy connecting with others? Do you possess strong communication skills and a persuasive nature, combined with a keen ear for listening? As a Recruiter, you will build your own talent pool and match candidates to suitable assignments. Experience is not required; we would be happy to teach you the ropes.

You will work from our headquarters in Apeldoorn, where you will be part of a close-knit and ambitious team. You will also regularly travel throughout the Netherlands to visit clients, strengthen relationships, and gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs.

Your tasks:

Conducting interviews;
Screening CVs;
Drafting job descriptions;
Maintaining records.

What we ask

Vocational or bachelor's level of working and thinking;
Fluent in English and Romanian (Dutch is an asset);
Available for at least 32 hours per week.
