WK conditions

1. General

1. The Eming World Cup Pool is a free prediction game centered around the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
2. Participation is open to employees, business relations, and employees of Eming’s business relations.
3. Participation is completely free of charge.
4. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   The pool is organized by Eming.

2. Participation

1. Participants can register via the communication channels distributed by Eming.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Participants must register before the start of the World Cup.
4. The organization reserves the right to remove duplicate or invalid registrations.

3. The Game

1. Participants predict the outcomes of the matches during the World Cup.
2. A prediction for each match can be submitted up until the kick-off of that specific match.
3. Once a match has started, predictions can no longer be changed.
4. Matches are evaluated based on the official result after 90 minutes plus any injury time, unless otherwise stated by the pool system.

4. Final Ranking

1. All points earned from the predictions will be added together.
2. The participant with the highest number of points at the end of the World Cup wins the pool.
3. In the event of a tie, the following will be considered:
   number of exact score predictions
   number of correct winners predicted
   if necessary: a draw conducted by Eming

5. Prizes

1. The organization will provide a total of three prizes for the best-performing participants.
2. The winners will be announced after the World Cup final.
3. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the results.
4. Eming is not responsible for any defects in the prizes awarded, and no warranty can be provided in this regard.

6. Conduct and Fair Play

1. It is not permitted to use multiple accounts.
2. In the event of misuse or fraud, Eming may exclude participants from the pool.
3. Eming reserves the right to amend the rules if necessary.

7. Privacy

1. Personal data will only be used for participation in the pool.
2. Data will not be shared with third parties.
3. After the game has ended, data may be deleted.

8. Liability

1. The organization is not liable for technical malfunctions or errors in the pool system used.
2. Subject to printing and typographical errors.
